deplorable service, billed credit card during trial period, fax servers down

Although MYFAX has great features, they are deemed ineffective,for they are never accessible. I had trouble faxing, reviewing faxes and viewing sent faxes ,for their servers were down -a lot. When I took my concerns to customer service and tech dept, they did not respond until 2 weeks. When they finally did, they stated that there were rated #1 by TOPReviews. I wonder why that that is?
