Rapid Fax supports the ability to send and receive faxes through an email account, either locally or internationally. The service provides up to 150 send/receives per month and charges 8 cents per additional fax.

Summary:  

We attempted to contact this service a few times through their email address; however, we never received a response. This service also does not post a phone number or support a live chat option.

Basically, with this service you can send/receive faxes through an email account, but beyond that you are on your own.
